P17BF – Hydraulic pump protection / pressure fault
P189C – Function restriction due to pressure drop
P1895 – Pressure drop / vehicle unable to move
P0841 – Hydraulic pressure sensor fault
P176F – Clutch or hydraulic pressure fault
P175E – Clutch related pressure fault
P177F – Insufficient voltage for hydraulic pump motor
P0B0C00 – Auxiliary transmission fluid pump hydraulic leakage
P0C2A00 – Auxiliary transmission fluid pump motor unable to actuate

These faults are commonly related to the hydraulic section, accumulator, pump, pressure sensor or valve body condition.

Important Installation Notes

DQ200 mechatronic units must be installed correctly. Incorrect installation can damage the clutch, actuator rods, shift forks or mechatronic unit.

Important points include:
 

• Shift forks and actuator rods must be in neutral position

• Correct actuator rod version must be used

• Mechatronic and clutch must be separated using the correct tool

• Correct DSG gearbox oil and hydraulic oil must be used

• Battery voltage must be stable during basic settings

• Coding and software must match the vehicle

• Basic settings must be completed after installation
   

If battery voltage drops too low during adaptation, basic settings can fail and hydraulic-related fault codes may appear.
